Lionel graduated from Ecole Centrale de Lyon as an engineer and began his career at PSA (now Stellantis Group) in product-process optimization and procurement. He was appointed at the executive board in 2000 where he managed performance projects on procurement and operations. Lionel then joined the consulting industry. He is on of the founders of KEPLER where he specializes in the Automotive, Health, Energy and Private Equity sectors as President of the group.
