Our achievements

To turn its commitment to social and environmental responsibility into concrete action, KEPLER launched its internal CSR transformation program, KARE, in 2019.

This program aims to promote and coordinate the firm’s actions on the most structuring environmental, social and ethical topics, in alignment with the principles of the United Nations Global Compact.

Led by a cross-functional team, KARE mobilizes all employees around shared objectives, monitors initiatives and embeds the approach within a continuous improvement framework.

Our concrete actions

🔹 Reducing our environmental footprint

In a business where travel represents a major challenge, KEPLER takes concrete actions to reduce its carbon footprint:

  • conducting regular carbon assessments
  • implementing a remote work charter (up to 2 days per week with financial support)
  • reimbursing 100% of public transportation costs
  • promoting soft mobility solutions (bicycles, equipment, parking facilities)
  • limiting high environmental impact travel
  • prohibiting flights when a train alternative under 3 hours is available

🔹 Waste and resource management

KEPLER implements concrete initiatives to reduce waste and improve waste management:

  • waste sorting and recycling through specialized partners
  • removal of individual office bins
  • reduction of meal-related waste
  • use of reusable containers and equipment

🔹 Governance and ethics

The firm applies high standards in ethics and governance:

  • implementation of an anti-corruption policy
  • creation of an Ethics Committee
  • deployment of a Responsible Procurement policy
  • compliance with transparency, compliance and accountability principles

The Responsible Procurement policy notably aims to reduce the impact of purchasing activities, support suppliers responsibly and embed these practices within a continuous improvement approach.

Raising awareness and training to drive sustainable action

Building a shared culture is a key transformation lever.

KEPLER has integrated the Climate Fresk workshop into employee development programs to strengthen understanding of climate challenges and encourage concrete actions.

The objective is to train all teams and develop internal ambassadors capable of carrying these topics forward over time.

External recognition of our approach

KEPLER was awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal in 2022, following a first Bronze distinction in 2020.

This progression reflects the efforts made in environmental, social and governance performance.
