Sébastien has a 20+ years long career working in different types of positions: Procurement Manager, Sites Manager or Chief Executive in various industries: gas, automotive, rail, intralogistics (design, turnkey automated solutions supply).
Sébastien is deeply committed to the industrial sector and to the ongoing initiatives to modernize it, making it more human, more attractive, more efficient, more sustainable…
A cutting-edge expertise in the field of the industry of the future
Graduate of the Ecole Centrale Lyon, he later completed a Masters degree in Général Management at the ESSEC. In addition to the several positions he held, he has been involved in the ‘La Ruche Industrielle’ association, of which he is currently the President. This association allows several manufacturers but also engineering schools, partners and institutions to work together in a collaborative way to support and accelerate industrial transformations.
In particular, he led two industrial transformation projects resulting in the creation of new industrial sites, more efficient and certified “technology showcase” by the AIF (Alliance Industrie du Futur, namely Future Industry Alliance):
- Rationalization of activities and creation of two centers of excellence for the maintenance of railway parts and equipment, including the implementation of and industrial supervision and robots, 40 000 m2 site (SNCF in Vénissieux-69), certified by the AIF in January 2016
- Consolidation of all the activities on a single site, including the implementation of digital continuity and virtual commissioning, 7 000 m2 site (FIVES in Chasse/Rhône-38, certified by the AIF in June 2021)

human qualities, Sébastien has a unique experience in the factory of the future and on
the automation of warehouses. His vision, both grounded and pragmatic, will allow us to
accelerate, to its proper dimension, the necessary industrial transition of our customers.
