Supplier relationship management aims to monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers to ensure service and/or goods at expected level in terms of : Quality, Cost, Deliveries, Innovation, CSR.
The definition of communication process and tools toward supplier base, the methodology of suppliers evaluation are key items of SRM. This process will be involving all functions across the company, with a lead and animation under the responsibility of Procurement (ensuring a “”One-voice”” apporach toward the supplier base).
