Mission

Under the responsibility of a Manager or a Director, you lead the analysis of the performance of an organization, on topics of innovation, purchasing, supply chain or operations.

You actively participate in leading discussions with your client in order to identify and assess concrete and ambitious avenues for improvement.

You support the implementation of these recommendations in direct contact with your client’s operational teams.

Depending on the case, you can supervise one or more junior consultants to carry out certain analyzes, and take an active part in certain aspects of the management of a project in support of your manager.

You consolidate and summarize the actions and progress made with your management for presentation to a Steering Committee and / or a Management Committee.

Profil

Graduate profile, with engineering or management background, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or in consulting on similar subjects.

You appreciate teamwork and have a strong ability to adapt, allowing you to evolve in multiple environments with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Rigorous, with strong analytical skills, you have also been able to develop excellent interpersonal skills and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

You master office tools.

You are geographically mobile in France and internationally.
You are fluent in English, and ideally you are fluent in another foreign language.
