Joe graduated from ESSEC Business School and the Beirut School of Engineers. He began his career in consulting in 2003 at Accenture and joined KEPLER in 2008 as a Manager in the Paris office. Since 2011, he is the leader of Shanghai office activities where he covers the firm’s projects in Asia Pacific region, mainly for manufacturing and distribution companies.

Julien graduated from both École Centrale de Nantes as an engineer and HEC Business School, before joining Thales Research & Development management teams. He then dedicated himself to operational consulting. Partner at KEPLER, he is in charge of the Innovation Practice where he specializes in wide range of sectors : Cosmetics, Agrifood, Chemicals, Aeronautics and Automotive.

Lysiane graduated from Audencia Business School, and holds a CSCP certification from APICS. She started her career in consulting as Procurement and Supply-Chain specialist. She joined KEPLER in 2009 where she became leader of the Supply-Chain practice. She specializes in the Consumer Goods, Manufacturing and Distribution sectors.

Holder of a master’s degree in applied mathematics and physics from MatMeca in Bordeaux, and a PhD in mechanical engineering from the University of Marseille II, in partnership with the PSA Peugeot-Citroën Group and with the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he spent 18 months during his thesis, Gregory has a rich background in the fields of innovation built over a 23 years career. He brings his solid expertise in the automotive and mobility sectors to the teams in charge of Innovation at KEPLER. Specialized in Open Innovation, IT integration and Data & Digital transformation, his priority mission is to develop the firm’s know-how in breakthrough innovation and the experimentation of new business.

Graduated from HEC, Nicolas has 23 years of experience in organization and performance improvement. He has built his career supporting transformations, on industrial, banking and insurance sectors. Nicolas specializes on business project, organization, customer relationship improvement, and processes including major data and management dimensions.

Florian graduated from INSA Lyon as an engineer, before joining PSA (now Stellantis Group) and Schlumberger as a Procurement executive. He joined the consulting industry in 2000 where he specializes in global sourcing and supplier development. Founder of KEPLER, he is a specialist of the Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals and Manufacturing sectors.

Alain-Bernard graduated from ESCE and the Master in Supply Chain from ISLI in Bordeaux. His experience and reputation were built along 20 years of experience in consulting, at AT Kearney, Headlink and Eurogroup. He held operational positions within the Seb group and as Director of Supply-Chain for a French Luxury Brand. Alain-Bernard joined KEPLER in 2020 as a supervisor of the Supply-Chain practice. He brings with him a solid experience in the Retail, Consumer Goods, Industry and Aero / Defence sectors.

Thierry graduated of KEDGE, he has 30 years of professional experience in operational functions (Decathlon, Jennyfer) and consulting roles (Deloitte, Sqli, Leading, KEPLER). Specialist in business transformation: declination of the strategy (corporate projects), distributive or operational performance issues, Thierry has supported numerous projects with the permanent concern of change management to achieve the result.

Sebastien graduated from the London School of Economics (LSE). He has over 20 years of experience in Management and Organizational consulting. Partner at Kepler, he manages the Innovation practice in France and globally. He specializes in the Automotive and Mobility, Defence and Space, Agrifood and Pharmaceuticals sectors.

Mathieu graduated from ESC IDRAC Paris and the Bachelor of Arts of Polytechnics Business School of Northumbria (UK) before joining GE CITS, Rexel and Cegelec in procurement functions. His career path in consulting includes appointments at different firms : BravoSolution, Lowendal, Masaï and RGP firms where he specializes in cost optimization, redesign to cost and organizational transformation programs. He mainly operated within the manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and luxury goods sectors.

A graduate of École Polytechnique and ISAE-Supaéro, Fabien Lepère worked in the industry for three years before transitioning to operational consulting in 2012. He has gained international experience, particularly in France and South Africa. Now, as a Director at KEPLER, Fabien assists clients, especially in the cosmetics, services, and distribution sectors, with their challenges related to sustainable innovation, responsible sourcing, supplier risk management, and digital transformation.

Engineer with a degree from Mines Paris – PSL and certified CSCP by APICS, Yannig Le Roux has over 18 years’ experience in the FMCG industry, where he occupied operational positions in Production, Procurement and Product Development before moving into consulting and joining KEPLER in 2019. Yannig has a 360° vision of industrial challenges, and is involved in global diagnostics and transformation plans, as well as in missions more focused on his areas of expertise.

Nacer graduated from UTC as an engineer before joining Honeywell as an executive. His career in consulting led him in different firms such as Masai, ML6 and Bravosolution where he specialized in Operations optimization (Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing) as well as in Procurement for a wide range of industrial sectors :Automotive, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals.

A graduate from Ecole Centrale de Lyon, Vincent Marcadé has 33 years of experience in management and organizational consulting. With a career focused on co-construction and support for Transformations, Vincent has managed and delivered many “end-to-end” and results-oriented operations, particularly in the health, consumer products, and banking process sectors, with experience both in Groups and in SMEs. Its expertise covers business, organization, process, Information Systems, managerial practices, management, and performance.

Lionel graduated from Ecole Centrale de Lyon as an engineer and began his career at PSA (now Stellantis Group) in product-process optimization and procurement. He was appointed at the executive board in 2000 where he managed performance projects on procurement and operations. Lionel then joined the consulting industry. He is on of the founders of KEPLER where he specializes in the Automotive, Health, Energy and Private Equity sectors as President of the group.

Cécile NADAL graduated from ESCP Business School. She has built her career within leading companies in the FMCG, Healthcare, and Service sectors. With a deep understanding of Sales and Marketing development challenges, she has acquired her expertise in both B2B and B2C environments.

Cécile has joined KEPLER as Director of Sales & Marketing and also brings her industry expertise to client missions.

Bernard graduated from École Centrale de Paris and ESCP-EAP Business School. His career is made of a dual path, in consulting at Bossard and industry, mainly automotive. This allowed him to embrace a wide sectoral expertise. He is a specialist of the rail, aeronautics, chemicals and capital goods sectors.

Mathieu graduated from Centrale Supélec as an engineer and the MSc from both Imperial College and ESSEC Business School. His career started in the Defence sector as a Business Developer before moving towards Management consulting in 2008. Mathieu specializes in the challenges of innovation & transformation of R&D organizations in the Automotive, Air Space and Defence, Chemicals, Cosmetics and Agrifood industries.

Pierre graduated from École Centrale de Lyon as an engineer, before joining the procurement teams of Renault-Nissan group. His career moved towards operational consulting in 2001. He is a specialist of the Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Distribution and Private Equity sectors.

Graduated from ESCEM, Evelyne has built her entire career in organization, change management and management consulting.

She supports transformation projects in their organizational and human dimensions, with particular attention to relational dynamics, team engagement, and work quality. Committed to pragmatic outcomes, she mobilizes teams to achieve operational results that benefit the organization.
