After 5 years at the Purchasing Department of Renault - Nissan, I worked 6 years in the field of operational consulting, leading cost optimization projects mainly in the automotive, aeronautics and BtoB distribution industries. KEPLER is the result of our will to create a collective project from a shared vision of high added value operational consulting based on expertise.

To meet their ambitious objectives, the majority of our projects require an evolution in work methods and behaviour. The KEPLER approach is guided as much by the people who enable the transformation as by the results themselves.

I am fully invested in each step of the transformation process, guaranteeing sustainable results and the implementation of a  virtuous cycle of continuous improvement for our clients .We follow a "deal with" coaching approach, implying that operational support is combined with a systematic transfer of knowledge, methodologies and tools."
