My work experience has always mingled consulting and entrepreneurship. After 3 years developing products quality on Carrefour’s organic brand “Carrefour Bio”, I joined the newly created Lean unit within Mac Kinsey UK’s Practice Operations business, for the next 4 years. I have been trained in lean manufacturing techniques that I put into practice in environments as diverse as automotive, agri-food or retail. Back in France, I deepened this operational expertise working on supply chain within Kea consulting firm.

I decided to join KEPLER, because the company gathers some key ingredients that make the difference in a consulting firm: an open-minded and cohesive management team; a pragmatic approach to projects; a demanding results oriented business culture and an entrepreneurial mindset.

I am now developing the lean and supply chain offering and I manage teams of consultants at our clients. Wearing both hats allow me to remain in touch with on-field matters and to train consultants to our methodologies as well as to offer innovative services to our clients such as Lean and Sourcing or Lean and Environment."
