Jiemin, Fudan University, IUT Marseille (specialized in Organization and Purchasing Management), Sourcing manager

With a background of over 10 years in the fields of purchasing and supply chain management (GE, MAPED,...), I chose to follow a 2-year training program in France to improve my technical knowledge and deepen my understanding of the cultural differences between Europe and China.

Today, I manage the KEPLER office in Shanghai. We undertake projects to help businesses exploit the best local opportunities, both to develop their operations on the Chinese market and to implement a global Sourcing strategy.

Even at 10 000km from Paris, I truly feel that I am part of a team. We frequently exchange with the KEPLER teams based in France, not only on projects we undertake together but also during training seminars in which we all participate. These are privileged moments because we share our experiences and mutually improve our understanding of cultural differences. "
