The KEPLER profile

 

Students and young professionals:
    We recruit consultants from the best business and engineering schools who demonstrate a sense of initiative and creativity as well as the ability to successfully become part of a young rapidly expanding team.

 

Experienced professionals:
    We recruit professionals with a significant background in consulting, experts in at least one of our 4 areas of excellence (product innovation, purchasing, supply chain, operations efficiency). Previous operational experience is an additional asset.

 

Recruitment process

 

A three-step process:

 

A first interview with two KEPLER partners is an opportunity to tell us about your academic and professional experience and why you would like to join the team here at KEPLER. You will also get to know KEPLER and our culture.

 

A second interview, also with two partners, focuses on your skills. We will ask you to complete one or several business cases.

 

Finally, you will meet a KEPLER consultant with whom you can discuss day-to-day life at KEPLER and the content of the projects that you will undertake.
